Following WGI Westman Group Inc.’s March 2017 acquisition of a majority stake in EMSIPS (Eagle Mountain Structural Insulated Panel Systems), we would like to officially announce a change in company name from EMSIPS (7471506 Manitoba Ltd.) to Artspan Inc., effective immediately.

The name change was undertaken to better identify and clearly position the company and its products within our initiative to expand and grow our markets. Moreover, we are very pleased that we could create a new product name that is descriptively relevant to the function of our panels, but also one that subtly acknowledges the outstanding efforts and successes of the company’s original founder and owner, the late Arthur (Art) Paetkau.
