With the increase in demand for Artspan’s products, we found ourselves outgrowing our modular office. This meant it was time for an upgrade and what better way to showcase what we can do than to build our office in the form of a 3 bedroom model home/cabin to showcase what a finished product can look like.

Our pre-finished panel system combines several steps associated with traditional wood frame construction into one easy step.  This allowed us to quickly and efficiently shell up the floor, walls and roof in 3 days resulting in a finished exterior and a drywall ready interior.

Our old office was a 14’ X 42’, 588 square foot modular building on a skid frame. The building was designed with Artspan panels and featured a fairly open concept with a single office located in the rear of the building (and it’s now for sale!). With the growth in our company it was time to move on to bigger and better to truly show what our products are capable of. 

For our new office/show home we chose to build a 1026 square foot structure with a single slope design for a more modern look. We even have a full kitchen and three piece washroom to really demonstrate how our cabins or homes can function.  As an office, we’ve utilized two bedrooms for offices and the third for a meeting room, with the main living area accommodating several desks.

The new office/show home, utilizes our panels for the floor, walls and roof demonstrating the versatility of the Artspan insulated metal panels in a charcoal grey colour, accented with black trim. The structure features our patented building envelop design with our unique one-piece inside and outside corners.  We completed the look of the new space with vinyl plank flooring, vaulted ceilings, solid core interior doors and painted drywall for the interior finish. We selected electric forced air heat and triple pane windows to add some comfort to the space. We built the structure with a steel floor frame making for a durable and rigid base that could be easily relocated to a new location when we eventually outgrow our current space. 

Our new, more spacious, facility gives us more freedom, not only to grow as a company, but also showcase our how our insulated metal panels can provide modern comfort to any build.
