Muskrat Dam First Nation Award
Artspan would like to congratulate Muskrat Dam First Nation as the recipient of the Community Housing Recognition Award for 2019. The Northwestern Ontario community was tasked with the challenge of building two triplexes for their residents in 2017. With the remote location and cold climate this could have been a next to impossible project to complete on time and on budget. However, in only nine weeks, they were able to complete the venture using Artspan’s self-framing insulated metal panels.
Artspan’s panels are designed to move projects along quicker with one-pass construction, making them an ideal choice for Muskrat Dam’s build. Artspan’s panel’s have taken seven steps of traditional building methods and rolled them into one easy to install panel.
